Happy St Patrick’s Day to all!
We marked the end of our swimming block today with a trip to the playground and some pizza. The sun even shined for a while!

The senior room started off Engineers Week today by designing their own walking horses which were then raced against each other. After a number of heats we had our final with a clear winner declared!
We added some colour to the Fanore St Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday. Our theme for this year was biodiversity. Well done to all the children for their enthusiastic participation.
The children in the big room have been learning all about the water cycle this week and have even created their own water cycles.
We had a very exciting visit this week of the four legged kind. Big thanks to Liam’s Daddy, Raymond for bringing some lambs for us to cuddle, they definitely made our day!
We have started our hurling block with Niall and Mark from Tubber Hurling Club. Future stars in the making!!!
Many thanks to Deirdre and Jimmy from Ennistymon Garda Station who visited 4th and 5th class with a very informative and interesting talk for Internet Safety Day
Both classes travelled to Lisdoonvarna this week to see the schools performance of ‘Bugsy Malone’. Well done to the teachers and students for a wonderful production as always and a special mention to past pupils Robyn, Jane and Emily for their involvement
